Introduction
Learning and transformation bootcamp for the product department of HelloFresh Germany to unlock higher levels of performance and satisfaction through both fewer and better meetings and revitalization of hybrid practices. Through our tested self-assessment exercises, the learners immersed into real-life application instantly and were able to discover the low-hanging fruits in their own team productivity.

Draining meetings in high quantities are not exclusive to large organizations. Every human group working together needs to occasionally take time to reflect and review their operating system. In our Productivity at Scale track at HelloCircle, we dig deeper into team-based productivity systems, techniques, and tools that help to enhance team performance and collaboration.

Team Bootcamp

The program provided an immersive learning experience with insightful lessons, reflection exercises, and hands-on workshops. The journey began by understanding the current state through an Operating System (OS) Canvas and a detailed analysis of every meeting using the "100 Meetings Workshop." Proven meeting best practices, hybrid working techniques, and collaborative productivity strategies were explored to address the unique context of HelloFresh.

The finale of the Bootcamp involved breaking into small, cross-functional teams. Tasked with improving a regular ritual or meeting, participants underwent a double-diamond process. This journey involved redefining problems and designing innovative solutions, with the aim of implementing these transformative changes the very next day. The Bootcamp not only equipped participants with knowledge but also empowered them to actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of HelloFresh's team culture.

Impact

The Bootcamp cultivated a common language around productivity and awareness across multifunctional squads, breaking down silos and fostering collaboration.
